200,000+ mile 5.0 (302) with two weak cylinders that drove a Bronco 1500 miles to it’s new home. saw 15MPG too,
One of the mods required to run a 93 5.0 Mustang top intake on GT40 heads, on top of a 5.8 (351), in a 1995 Bronco. They cut cleanly in half and remain functional.
Building a mesh, lighted grille without standard hood release access.
Prior owner cut in 6x9’s, so we cleaned up the holes and went with those during the sound system build on this one.
Modified coil bracket for aftermarket coil.
The aftermarket door panels require some modification if you want a light and reflector. Not a huge fan of the felt material for an off road truck, however a decent product in the end.
Fitting a hard-wood / steel, structural speaker box in passenger side rear panel. Storage underneath and other structural uses intended.

Tuffy center console with fabricated pedestal, including storage underneath and eventually mounted to an F150 front, third seat floor plate. I am a fan of this product and it turned out secure, useful and perfect as an arm rest.
Playing with different aux lighting, especially for camping. I prefer low amp LED lights independent of 90’s wiring systems. They are also magnetic, multiple colored and can stick on anywhere.
We had to turn the LX 5.0 Mustang intake around to fit on top of the 302 / 351 upper intake adapter. This combo with the higher compression, slightly cammed 351, GT40 heads and 70MM BBK, works well for a truck. The 5.8 badge might look familiar to old Ford car enthusiasts……
90/2000’s Explorer racks, cut down to fit a Bronco shell. The flimsy fiberglass shell is strengthened with steel and aluminum inside and out; insulated and has a custom ABS material headliner. It can handle a little weight now and is dramatically quieter and cooler.

These factory 96 panels were honestly - hammered! Metal staples melted in; aftermarket metal structures epoxied into place at the window wipe and window control area and a lot of epoxy and plastic washers and collars to reconstruct mounting structures. Heavily insulated after. A ton of work to be honest.
Satisfied with the end result however and the doors sound and close very solidly.
